Alex Moncebaiz Jr., 85, of Kyle, Texas, passed away Nov. 21, 2013. He was born to Alex and Frances (Duran) Moncebaiz Sr. on Aug. 19, 1928, in Waco, Texas.

Alex is survived by his wife, Helen; son, Randy Moncebaiz and wife Karen of Granite Shoals; daughter, Melanie Hay and husband Ryan of Kyle; and grandson, Austin Hay. He also is survived by one brother and two sisters.

He was preceded in death by his parents.
