John Wade Weatherby was born in Winfield, Texas on July 15, 1923. He was the son of John Lloyd Weatherby and Carrie Menefee. He was a WWII veteran. He served in the Army. He is survived by his wife Gwen Weatherby of Kingsland, TX and daughter Janet Lynge and son-in-law Jan of Kingsland,TX.

John passed away Tuesday, February 23, 2016, to go home with the Lord.

Graveside Service will be held at the Lakeland Hills Memorial Park in Burnet, TX Friday, February 26, 2016 at 2:00PM by the Highland Lakes Honor Guard.
