Leota Stevens, age 97 of Burnet, Texas passed away on October 29, 2015. She was born on April 27, 1918 in Seymour, Iowa. Leota was the daughter of Henry Kelley and Grace Coover. She grew up in Iowa. She married her husband Jim in 1940 in Missouri. She was retired from the Civil Service.
Leota is survived by her son Roger Stevens of Burnet, Texas, granddaughter and husband Jennifer and Andy of San Marcos, Texas; great grandsons Ethan and Jonas of San Marcos, Texas. She is preceded in death by her husband Jim and one grandson James and her parents.
Graveside services will be on Monday, November 2, 2015 at 1:00 p.m. at the Lakeland Hills Cemetery in Burnet, Texas. Arrangements by Clements-Wilcox Funeral Home in Burnet, Texas. In lieu of flowers to the Salvation Army. Condolences may be made at
