Lillie Mae Wessels, age 89, of Houston, Texas, passed away on Monday, April 4, 2016. She was born in New Braunfels, Texas on November 2, 1926 to parents August Herman Knodel and Lillian Mae Boyd Knodel.

The family will receive guests for a time of visitation from 5:00 P.M. - 7:00 P.M. on Thursday, April 7, 2016 at Cook-Walden Davis Funeral Home in Georgetown, Texas. Funeral services will be held at 1:00 P.M. on Friday, April 8, 2016 at First Baptist Church in Georgetown, Texas. Interment will follow at Lakeland Memorial Cemetery in Burnet, Texas.
