Shirley M. (Parnell) Osterhaus, 79, of Meadowlakes, Texas passed away on April 7, 2017. Shirley was born on September 19, 1937 in New Richmond, Wisconsin to Russel and Mildred (Welch) Parnell.

Shirley retired from the Hudson Physicians Clinic in Hudson, Wisconsin as a coding and billing specialist. She and Roger retired to Meadowlakes, Texas in 2006.

She is survived by Roger Mullen, the love of her life, sons, David Osterhaus and his wife Sara and Bryan Osterhaus and his wife Danielle, Cynthia Cave, Roger's daughter, seven grandchildren and two great grandchildren. Numerous nieces and nephews also survive.

Shirley is preceded in death by her parents, her sister Ruth Van Keuren and her brother Donovan Parnell.

A Memorial Mass will be held at 11:00 o'clock A.M., Wednesday, April 12, 2017 at the Chapel at St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church, 105 Highway 1431 E., Marble Falls, Texas. Reverend Jairo Lopez will officiate.
